Christopher excels in managing a broad spectrum of real estate matters, including development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and land use. This background includes working with a varied clientele—ranging from landlords, tenants, investors, general contractors, and oil and gas companies—navigating intricate transactions in both commercial and residential contexts.

Christopher offers in-depth counsel and creative solutions on all aspects of the real estate legal process and takes pride in providing strategic insights to ensure each transaction aligns with his clients’ long-term goals. With a proactive mindset, Christopher adeptly identifies and resolves issues before they arise. His thorough understanding of real estate law helps sustain momentum and drive success at each key phase of the real estate life cycle.

Christopher was admitted to the State Bar in 2021 after completing his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law. During his time in law school, he distinguished himself through his involvement in the Business Law Society, Intellectual Property Aggies, and being president and founder of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Christopher grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling to the Caribbean with his wife, and cheering on the Eagles and Yankees.

Christopher has represented purchasers and sellers in numerous acquisition and disposition transactions across the United States, including shopping centers, single-tenant retail/restaurants properties, and raw land.  In addition, Christopher has experience in representing real estate developers and investors in transforming undeveloped land into retail, restaurant, and mixed-use developments.

 

Leasing

Christopher has negotiated the terms of countless retail and restaurant leases from both the landlord and tenant perspective.  This includes leases with sports complexes and nationally recognized retail/restaurant chains, as well as more regional and local tenants.  Christopher is also well versed in negotiating the terms of settlement agreements in the event of landlord and tenant disputes.
