Colby Roberts is a litigation attorney with experience advocating for his clients in both State and Federal Court. Through his aggressive, yet measured approach, Colby has achieved favorable results for clients on both the plaintiff and defense side of complex commercial cases. Colby understands the uniqueness of each case, and therefore, takes the time to develop a strategy that meets the particular client’s litigation goals and business needs.

Colby received his juris doctorate, cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude from the Ole Miss, with a B.A. in both Classics and Economics. Prior to joining Condon Tobin, Colby served as an attorney for a well-known boutique trial firm, where he represented individuals and companies in a variety of complicated commercial litigation matters.

A native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Colby and his wife, Caitlin, now reside in their home in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas.
