Grace’s practice focuses on a wide range of real estate work with a focus on the acquisition, development, and finance of commercial real estate.  Grace values the counseling aspect of being an attorney. She finds it important and rewarding to ensure that her clients understand the practical reasons behind the decisions that are being made and the approaches that are being taken.  Grace enjoys working with all of the members on the team to facilitate a smooth and thorough deal.

Prior to joining Condon Tobin, Grace practiced at a law firm specializing in commercial real estate finance, serving as the lender’s counsel.  She was involved in numerous types of large commercial real estate transactions all across the country.

Grace received her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Texas at Austin and her law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth.  In law school, Grace served as Vice President of the Women’s Law Student Association.  Throughout law school she worked in the Family Law Clinic which offered legal assistance to low-income families in the areas of family law, estate planning and real property law.

Grace is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Women’s Lawyers Association, and Dallas Young Lawyers Association.  She is also a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church and the Waco Striders Running Club. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, running, playing tennis and golf, and cooking.
