Hailey focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters and has experience in a broad array of subject areas, including securities fraud, contract disputes, construction defects, civil assault, civil racketeering, and executive compensation.
Prior to joining Condon Tobin, Hailey worked at a commercial litigation boutique firm where she gained significant courtroom experience spanning all phases of trial, including arguing case-dispositive motions and evidentiary arguments. Hailey also has experience with alternative dispute resolution methods; chiefly, mediation and arbitration.
While in law school, Hailey served as a Republic of Suriname Panelist for the Pre-Sessions of the 39th Universal Periodic Review of the United Nations Human Rights Council, as well as a legal clerk for the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General at the 72nd Air Base Wing. Additionally, Hailey competed with multiple oral advocacy competition teams, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers in 2022. In her free time, Hailey enjoys coaching collegiate mock trial competition teams and following all things sports.
