Jacob is an accomplished business and corporate attorney with extensive experience focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, securities, governance, and general corporate law, serving clients in a broad array of industries, including media, finance, healthcare, energy, technology, and manufacturing.

Jacob has represented a wide variety of clients, including private equity, family offices, investment groups, commercial and residential mortgage servicers, credit brokers, healthcare providers, commercial property managers, consultancy firms, technology distributors, apparel designers, insurance brokers, software developers, clean-energy tech manufacturers, and oilfield services companies.
