Justin Hanna is an experienced litigator focused on providing clients an effective, solutions-oriented representation to clients involved in complex-commercial and business litigation. Representing individuals, small businesses, and large corporations in state and federal courts across the country, Justin handles each case with a practical, yet creative, approach—tailored to accomplish his client’s unique needs and objectives.
Before joining Condon Tobin, Justin defended corporate clients and insurance companies throughout all phases of litigation in state and federal court. Whether in the courtroom or at the negotiating table, Justin obtained favorable results for his clients on a variety of matters involving commercial, construction, consumer, first-party coverage, oil and gas, products liability, and transportation litigation.
Justin graduated cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of The International Lawyer, the official publication of the ABA’s Section of International Law. During law school, Justin also served indigent clients as a student attorney for the SMU Civil Clinic. Justin received his undergraduate degree from Dallas Baptist University, where he was captain of the men’s varsity tennis team.
Justin, a proud native of East Texas, now lives in Dallas with his wife and their young daughter.
