Lindsey Hardy is an experienced trial lawyer whose current practice focuses on representing businesses and businesspeople in all phases of complex commercial litigation, employment-related claims, contract formation and contract disputes. Prior to joining Condon Tobin, Lindsey was a Member at a well-respected Dallas full-service law firm. She has a vast array of litigation experience having served as national counsel on behalf of Fortune 100 companies in at least 25 different states and successfully presented arguments in both federal and state courts. Lindsey is passionate about advocating for her clients’ interests and staying ahead of evolving technology and changes in the law to provide every advantage available to her clients.
Lindsey is a natural teacher and instructs courses on Contracts and Torts for Southern Methodist University’s paralegal studies continuing and professional educational program.
