Mark advises emerging growth and Fortune 500 companies on public and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and takeovers, private equity transactions, corporate governance, investment vehicles, joint ventures, initial public offerings (IPOs), and other registered securities offerings. With a career spanning over two decades, he has developed substantial expertise in the technology, energy and retail/consumer packaged goods sectors, advising corporations on deals with significant value and guiding numerous dynamic companies launching IPOs.

Mark’s acumen for navigating complex business transactions comes from years with prominent global law firms followed by his time leading his own firm. His client list is filled with familiar names such as Texas Instruments, Albertsons, Alon USA Energy, Cisco Systems, Dean Foods, Kaiser Aluminum, Overhead Door, and Micron.

He also has assisted issuers and underwriters in IPOs of more than 15 companies, including A.C. Moore Arts and Crafts, AHL Services, C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Comfort Systems USA, FlashNet, Hoover’s, NEON Systems, and Waste Industries.

Mark is an active member of the Dallas/Fort Worth community and serves on the executive board of Camp John Marc.
