Nick focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters and has experience in a broad array of subject areas, including securities fraud, breach of contract disputes, and executive compensation. Nick places a particular emphasis on real estate litigation, having represented large real estate developers in the DFW area.
Prior to joining Condon Tobin, Nick worked at a commercial litigation boutique where he gained significant courtroom experience spanning all phases of litigation, including arguing case-dispositive motions and presenting in jury trials. Nick also has experience with alternative dispute resolution methods.
While in law school, Nick was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and an Articles Editor for the American University International Law Review. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, playing drums, and following the Texas Rangers.
