Stephanie Osteen joined Condon Tobin as a Member in 2021.  Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, for the last twenty-five years, Stephanie has represented publicly traded and privately held companies, including Fortune 50-1000, middle market companies, private equity groups, and startups, in simple and complex employment litigation and transactional matters, over a wide range of industries.

Stephanie is particularly skilled at defending management in actions filed by or involving the government, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, the Department of Justice, and like state agencies, such as the Texas Workforce Commission.  She has successfully defended companies and management in investigations, responding to charges, administrative proceedings, lawsuits, and arbitrations over claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, leave of absence disputes, medical and religious accommodations, fiduciary duty violations, breach of contract claims and more.  In addition, Stephanie routinely counsels employers with respect to the use and enforceability of restrictive covenants, such as non-competition, non-solicitation and non-disclosure provisions, in Texas and throughout the United States.

Stephanie has repeatedly been named one of the best employment lawyers in Dallas/Fort Worth by D Magazine (2016-2018) and Best Lawyers in America (2019-2021).
