Aimee focuses her practice on creditor and debtor-side bankruptcy, in addition to commercial litigation. She provides effective and cost-efficient solutions with an eye toward each client’s business goals.
Aimee’s background spans both corporate and private practice roles, giving her a well-rounded perspective on client needs and business realities. She has experience negotiating complex supplier contracts and leading competitive bid processes nationwide. She gained valuable experience structuring agreements with enforceable performance metrics and compliance provisions.
Additionally, she has experience with civil litigation and creditor representation matters, as well as handling real estate disputes, business litigation, and bankruptcy matters, including stay relief motions and first-day hearings.
