Alex’s practice focuses on a wide range of real estate work, including drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements, and the acquisition, development and finance of commercial real estate. Alex works on a wide variety of commercial real estate projects, including retail, office, multi-family, hospitality and mixed-use projects throughout the country. Alex’s previous professional experience includes representing commercial mortgage loan sellers and servicers, and commercial mortgage backed securitization transactions. Alex also advises borrowers and lenders in connection with commercial lending transactions. He has been involved in numerous loan transactions and enjoys the opportunity to handle new issues and challenges.
Alex earned his B.A. in economics, with a minor in business foundations, from the University of Texas in Austin and his law degree, cum laude, from the SMU Dedman School of Law.
