Ben’s practice is comprised of a wide range of real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of real property. Ben has experience helping clients navigate a variety of complex real estate transactions involving office, warehouse, hospitality, retail and mixed-use projects across the country. Ben has represented buyers, sellers, borrowers and lenders on matters ranging from single-property acquisitions to large, multi-state portfolio deals.
He pursued a joint J.D./M.B.A. program while in law school specifically so that he could both solve legal issues and approach every situation with a business-oriented mindset to add the most value possible for the client.
