Blake represents both plaintiffs and defendants, from individuals to large companies, in a wide array of litigation matters in state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals across the country.  He has experience in various practice areas including complex commercial disputes, consumer fraud, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, trade secrets, and business torts.  Blake also serves as outside counsel to healthcare staffing companies across Texas and handles their corporate and litigation matters.

Blake graduated cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law where he served as Chief of the Small Business and Trademark Clinic, was selected for various moot court teams winning Best Oralist at the 2017 Thomas Tang International Moot Court Competition and was a staff writer for the SMU International Law Review.
