Among others, Justin regularly handles M&A disputes, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, corporate governance and shareholder conflicts, fraud and business torts, contract and fiduciary duty breaches, insurance claims and coverage, real property disputes, and loan and lien disputes and enforcement.

A native East Texan, Justin honed his competitive fire and relentless work ethic as captain of the men’s tennis team at Dallas Baptist University. Justin attended law school at SMU Dedman School of Law and has spent his career in Dallas.
Justin is the proud father of four very energetic kids, who keep him busy, and enjoys escaping the city whenever he has a chance.
