Lexi Compean brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to her corporate and transactional practice. She advises clients on a wide range of corporate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and finance matters, with a growing focus on strategic transactions across industries.
Lexi helps businesses execute transactions that support long-term growth, mitigate risk, and align with strategic objectives. Her practice includes drafting and reviewing purchase agreements and ancillary documents, as well as conducting due diligence.
Additionally, Lexi has experience advising healthcare and service-oriented businesses, including dental service organizations (DSOs), dental and orthodontic practices, and medical aesthetics providers.
Prior to entering private practice, Lexi gained valuable experience through internships with the Collin County District Attorney’s Office, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and AT&T.
Outside of work, Lexi enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
