– Financing: Represent lenders and borrowers in a wide range of real estate loan transactions, including acquisition financing, refinancing, construction loans, loan assumptions, and loan modifications.
– Commercial Leasing: Represent landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, including lease and sublease of industrial, supply chain logistics, office, restaurant, and retail properties.
– Asset Management: Represent property owners and other parties in connection with the negotiation of property management agreements, brokerage agreements, utility agreements, easement agreements, and other asset management contracts and agreements.
