With deep experience across Texas, Patricia Jones excels in virtually all aspects of commercial real estate throughout the real estate life cycle. 

Known for her ability to manage complex multi-property portfolio transactions, Patricia navigates the acquisition, financing, and development of industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use projects. Her strategic foresight allows her to represent a diverse client base, ranging from private equity funds to large-scale franchisee groups.

Patricia values high-quality legal work offered within a dynamic environment. She credits her broad experience, including with large law firms and in house, to her ability to provide grounded, asset-management-focused solutions that keep her clients’ projects on track.

Patricia maintains a sophisticated commercial real estate practice focused on the entire asset life cycle, from the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition of multi-property portfolios and retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use projects. She leverages a deep understanding of the Texas and national markets to provide institutional clients with strategic counsel on complex real estate transactions.

Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Development: Represent sellers and purchasers/developers of industrial centers, supply chain logistics facilities, office buildings, retail shopping centers, mixed-use projects, and unimproved land, including multi-property portfolio transactions.

Financing: Represent lenders and borrowers in a wide range of real estate loan transactions, including acquisition financing, refinancing, construction loans, loan assumptions, and loan modifications.

Commercial Leasing: Represent landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, including lease and sublease of industrial, supply chain logistics, office, restaurant, and retail properties.

Asset Management: Represent property owners and other parties in connection with the negotiation of property management agreements, brokerage agreements, utility agreements, easement agreements, and other asset management contracts and agreements.
