Rebecca Donachie represents clients in a broad range of corporate, intellectual property, and commercial real estate and finance matters. Rebecca focuses her practice on business formation, governance, and planning, business and commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, equity and debt financing transactions, and private securities offerings. Rebecca’s practice covers all phases of transactions, from initial due diligence to drafting and negotiating purchase and sale contracts, loan documents, offering materials, and closing documents. Rebecca also advises clients on various intellectual property matters with a focus on guiding clients through the trademark and copyright approval process with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior to working in the private sector, Rebecca served as the Committee Director of the Texas House Committee on Culture, Recreation, & Tourism during the 84th Legislative Session and in various other positions in the Texas legislature. During college, Rebecca volunteered at the Community Legal Center in Memphis, Tennessee. In law school, Rebecca volunteered for Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, Inc.

Rebecca is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Women & Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and the Dallas Bar Association.
