Immediately preceding Condon Tobin, Stuart was a partner at two litigation boutiques, both of which were in engaged in high-stakes complex litigation, including class actions, antitrust, consumer protection, fiduciary duty, breach of contract, intellectual property, and virtually every kind of business tort cases.
