Bill approaches his commercial real estate practice informed by 30 years of experience and an understanding that his clients’ objectives are best served with a deal that’s structured and executed effectively and efficiently. Developers, landlords and tenants appreciate that Bill values relationships, zealously and effectively advocating for his clients while always maintaining respect for opposing parties.
Bill works closely with clients buying and selling retail projects, shopping center developments and lifestyle centers. His expertise includes the development, leasing and financing of retail projects, office towers, health care facilities and entertainment centers. In addition, a significant part of his practice focuses on working with investors and developers, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), in the leasing, acquisition, financing and development of retail properties across the country. Bill has worked on some of the highest profile retail and mixed-use developments in North Texas.
