CTST client, Marugame Udon, a restaurant concept which specializes in chewy, tender Sanuki-style udon noodles, recently opened its first restaurant in Texas.   CTST represented Marugame Udon in the negotiation of its lease in Carrollton, Texas, which is the first of several locations planned for Texas.
