CTST client Blue Star Land has broken ground on the second phase of the Gates of Prosper project featuring an additional 250,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Major retail tenants in the first phase of Gates of Prosper include Walmart, Old Navy, Designer Shoe Warehouse, Dicks Sporting Goods, Burlington and Ross. CTST has been actively engaged with developer, Lincoln Property Company, in completing leases with restaurants and retailers at the 500 acre Gates of Prosper project, which is projected to eventually total almost $1 billion in value.
