Condon Tobin client Anthem Development, a Beck Ventures Co., recently closed on the acquisition of land to construct/develop a 340 multi-family residential project in Garland, TX.  Condon Tobin worked on all aspects of the deal, including the acquisition transaction with Wal-Mart, the debt transaction with Bank OZK and the equity transaction with an institutional capital partner.  Congratulations to all parties involved!
