Condon Tobin welcomes both Kristen Anderson as an Associate and Benjamin (“Ben”) Tenenholtz as a Member of its Litigation Section. Kristen is a graduate from the Houston Law Center, where she was Senior Articles Editor of the Houston Journal of International Law. Ben, a seasoned trial lawyer, has represented a myriad of businesses in shareholder disputes, non-compete, trade secret, breach of contract, fraud, construction, and real estate litigation. Ben was also selected to the 202 list of “Best Lawyers Under 40” by D Magazine.
