Condon Tobin, in collaboration with Chapman and Cutler, successfully defended its client in a federal jury trial in the Northern District of Texas. The case involved retaliation claims under the whistleblower protections of the Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank Acts.

After a six-day federal jury trial, the jury ruled in favor of First Trust Portfolios, LP on all claims, affirming that no retaliation had occurred. This verdict marks a significant victory for our client, reinforcing their commitment to integrity and fair business practices.
