With over 20 years of experience in Texas and New Mexico, Brandy is a trusted appellate strategist known for her sharp legal analysis and persuasive advocacy in high-stakes appeals and complex litigation.

Before joining Condon Tobin, Brandy was a partner at a national law firm, where she co-led the firm’s Energy Industry Group and managed complex business litigation and appeals. She also founded and led a boutique appellate and litigation practice, bringing a business-minded approach to legal strategy.

A Board Certified appellate attorney, Brandy has secured reversals, mandamus relief, and key appellate victories, earning recognition among Texas’ top appellate attorneys. She looks forward to working with the firm’s talented litigators to deliver strategic, results-driven counsel to clients.
