Bryan represents developers in negotiating purchase and sale agreements, mortgage loan documents, and joint venture agreements. He is also experienced in the resolution of distressed commercial mortgage loans, having worked with hedge funds, banks, and CMBS special servicers in a wide range of mortgage loan workouts and restructurings.

Throughout his career, Bryan’s work has spanned all asset classes of commercial real estate and involved properties in numerous states. This breadth enables him to serve a diverse client base ranging from high-net-worth family offices and acquisition funds to hedge funds and Fortune 500 companies.
