Condon Tobin is pleased to announce that Jeff Carruth has joined the firm as a Member in the Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice Group. With extensive experience representing a wide range of stakeholders in bankruptcy and reorganization matters, Jeff brings significant depth to the firm’s insolvency and financial restructuring capabilities.

Jeff represents financial institutions, creditors, landlords, debtors, trustees, and other parties across the bankruptcy landscape. His practice spans litigation, reorganization, and related transactional matters, including complex reorganizations and small business cases under Subchapter V of Chapter 11 and the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019.

 

He regularly advises asset-based lenders and secured creditors in matters involving DIP financing, stay relief, cash collateral disputes, §363 asset sales, lien priority issues, and plan negotiations.

 

Jeff also has substantial experience in the energy industry, representing E&P companies, drilling contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders in restructurings, mineral lease disputes, and the enforcement of joint operating agreements. His experience with oil and gas liens and M&M liens further strengthens the firm’s ability to advise clients in energy-related bankruptcies.
