Condon Tobin client Beck Ventures broke ground on construction of its 70+ acre “Dallas Midtown” project, a mixed-use development in North Dallas that will replace the existing Valley View Mall. The first phase will be anchored by a flagship Life Time Fitness, which will be the company’s largest location once constructed, along with a Cinépolis Theatre.
