The restaurant-dominated first phase of Willow Bend Crossing in Plano, Texas, is packed on a daily basis and stands out as a terrific project for CTS clients Roger Gault, Robert Gunby, and their investors.  Construction of phase 2 is now underway and should add a couple additional tenants to the development when complete.
