CTST client Abingdon Square Partners continues to expand its portfolio of Dallas-area properties throughout growing areas of the metroplex. In late 2019, the New York-based real estate investor acquired a three-property portfolio along Canton Street in the growing Deep Ellum area. More recently, ASP closed a string of acquisitions in the North Oak Cliff area, completing a five-property portfolio of adjacent properties along Sunset Avenue, West 10th Street, and Zang Boulevard.
