Granite Properties Hard at Work Redeveloping Historic Property in Downtown Dallas

CTST client Granite Properties has been hard at work leasing space to various tenants in the Downtown Dallas building formerly known as the “West End Marketplace”.  Previously operated as a retail and entertainment center, the historic building, rebranded as “Factory Six03”, has been transformed into a state-of-the-art modern office complex containing 215,00 square feet of leasable office space, including a tenant lounge and scenic outdoor patio area.

CTST has been actively assisting Granite with the leasing of Factory Six03.
