Condon Tobin client Granite Properties announced the official opening of Factory Six03 in the West End, which has been vacant since 2006. Factory Six03 contains 215,000 square feet of modern office space, including a tenant lounge, an outdoor patio and a fifth floor on another portion of the building with a glass office and a terrace. Condon Tobin has been actively assisting Granite with the leasing of the project.
