Fannie Mae is moving to Granite’s marquee office development Granite Park in Plano, to accommodate Fannie Mae’s North Texas consolidation of operations.  Condon Thornton Sladek has long supported Granite in the office leasing of Granite Park, including several large North Texas employers taking multiple floors of buildings.
