Nashville hot chicken chain, Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, plans to open its first Texas location within the Deep Ellum entertainment district in Dallas, Texas.   CTST represented the Landlord, 3000 Mainstreet Partners, LLC, in the negotiation of the Hattie B’s Hot Chicken lease.
