Condon Tobin announces that it is pleased to welcome Joshua Flynt, Member, and Christiana Leinbaugh, Associate Attorney, to its Employment Law and Disputes practice.  Joshua joins the firm as a member and concentrates his practice in employment and construction law.  He regularly advises his business clients on employment law and construction matters.  He routinely litigates these issues in Texas courts and arbitrations.  He is also a certified mediator and will be establishing a mediation practice at the firm.  Christiana has a litigation practice, concentrated in employment and commercial disputes.
