Condon Tobin recently obtained a complete victory in a residential construction arbitration, securing full payment for its client and defeating all counterclaims asserted by the homeowners in the matter.
The dispute involved claims for breach of two separate remodeling contracts. After a full evidentiary hearing, the arbitrator awarded Condon Tobin’s client the total amount owed under both contracts, along with pre- and post-judgment interest, attorneys’ fees, and costs, and found that the lien on the home was subject to foreclosure.
The Condon Tobin team was led by Member Joshua Flynt and Attorney Abigail Campbell. This result highlights Condon Tobin’s strength in complex commercial disputes and its ability to deliver results in arbitration forums.
