Nathan’s practice spans the full life cycle of a property, including acquisitions, sales, financing, development, and leasing across office, industrial, and retail sectors. He represents both landlords and tenants, advising clients on raw land, single-building parcels, and ground-up development projects. His experience also includes landlord-tenant disputes and real estate financing matters.

Before joining Condon Tobin, Nathan practiced at Vinson & Elkins. His background in economics and prior work in tax consulting give him a unique, business-oriented perspective on each transaction, enabling him to align legal strategy with his clients’ broader objectives.
