Jeff Libby focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, assisting clients in a wide array of development, ownership, management, financing, leasing, and construction matters.

Rebecca Donachie focuses her practice on business formation, governance, and planning, business and commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, equity and debt financing transactions, and private securities offerings.
