CTST welcomes new Member, Brian Kilpatrick and new Associate, Colby Roberts to the litigation section.

Brian Kilpatrick is a well-respected 25 year commercial litigator with deep roots in the Dallas legal community.  Prior to joining CTST Brian practiced with a top AmLaw firm servicing a wide variety of business clients including financial institutions and real estate owners.  His expertise in complex commercial and business litigation as well as his courtroom skills are welcome addition to our litigation team.  To learn more about Brian, view his bio here.

Colby Roberts graduated cum laude from SMU’s Dedman School of law in 2016.  He joins CTST after spending his first  years of practice working for a well-known boutique litigation firm.  Colby focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters.  Colby received his undergraduate degree from Ole Miss in 2013.  He graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Classics and Economics.  To learn more about Colby, view his bio here.
