In connection with a fund’s investment and acquisition activity, we typically provide ongoing general representation of both the fund and its portfolio companies in all aspects of their operations, including accessing the public and/or private financial markets. We also represent buyers and sellers in a variety of transactions, including privately negotiated transfers of shares or assets, leveraged buyouts, bankruptcy buyouts, and other distressed M&A transactions.
