Originally opened in 1981, Village on the Parkway has been the epicenter for North Dallas retail for decades. The project contains first-class, retail, dining and entertainment space on over 25 acres of land. The shopping center underwent an extensive renovation, adding such high-end, anchor tenants as Whole Foods and an AMC Theatre. Featuring lush tree-lined streets, fountains and multiple patio dining options, Village On The Parkway is providing a dynamic retail community and true sense of place for nearby residents, office workers, and visitors.
Status: Redevelopment completed in 2014/2015.
