Preston Hollow Village

A first-class mixed-use development adjacent to some of the city’s most prestigious neighborhoods, business centers and shopping attractions, Preston Hollow Village was conceived as much as an urban community as a mixed-use development with retail, office and multifamily uses. The development uses green space, plazas and a walkable main street promenade to create a sense of community where people live, work and shop, in what planners describe as “a visual symphony of elegant aesthetics intertwined with nature.” Preston Hollow Village is anchored by a 14,000 square foot Trader Joe’s and 75,000 square feet of boutique office space, as well as specialty retail and restaurant tenants. A master-planned community includes residential use, consisting of multifamily units and town homes.
