Lexi Compean advises clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and finance matters. She has particular experience guiding businesses through strategic transactions designed to support long-term growth, manage risk, and advance broader business objectives.
Aimee Marcotte focuses her practice on restructuring and bankruptcy matters, representing both creditors and debtors. She also has experience in commercial litigation. Aimee brings a well-rounded perspective from both corporate and private practice environments, allowing her to understand and anticipate the practical and legal needs of clients.
Drew Nunn represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, employment-related claims, and construction defect cases. He has experience advocating for both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes business disputes.
Jennifer Therazin concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and business disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and tortious interference. With experience in both the public and private sectors, she guides clients through challenging matters with clarity and results-driven solutions.
