Condon Tobin Secures Complete Dismissal in ADA & Defamation Case

Condon Tobin’s trial attorneys continue to deliver decisive results for their clients. Member Stuart L. Cochran and attorney Blake Mattingly successfully obtained a complete dismissal at summary judgment of disability discrimination (ADA) and defamation claims brought against their real estate private equity client in federal court in Fort Worth. The January 2025 ruling effectively ended the case, following Cochran and Mattingly’s  earlier success in securing the dismissal of the plaintiff’s

FLSA overtime and retaliation claims.

This pretrial success highlights Condon Tobin’s strategic approach to high-stakes litigation and its commitment to protecting its clients at all stages of disputes. It also follows another significant victory. Members Aaron Tobin and Joshua Flynt secured a complete defense verdict in an ADEA jury trial in late 2024 in Dallas.

These results reinforce the firm’s commitment to delivering successful pretrial and trial strategies across complex employment and business disputes.
