• • The name of one of our longtime Members, Rory D. Nerenberg, has been added to our firm’s name, Condon Tobin Sladek Thornton Nerenberg PLLC. Founding Member David N. But his contributions to them, their industry and to us are so much greater. His impact is lasting and felt by everyone who works with him. • • After a stellar series of volunteer and leadership contributions to the Dallas Bar Association, Member Aaron Z. Tobin is now serving as its President in 2021. “Aaron is a masterful listening and communicator,” says fellow Member Michael D. Rist. “This makes him both a brilliant commercial litigator and the ideal lawyer to lead more than 11,000 members of the Dallas Bar Association. He is creating a legacy of service that will be enduring.”

• • William G. “Bill” Whitehill, a nationally known trial and appellate attorney and arbitrator, joined Condon Tobin as a Member to lead the appellate group. Bill recently retired as Justice on the Texas Fifth District Court of Appeals in Dallas, and was highly regarded by fellow jurists, counsel and their clients.

• • Lindsay N. Hardy joined the firm as a Member of the litigation group. A passionate advocate across several subject-matter disciplines, Lindsay has served as national counsel for Fortune 100 clients coordinating cases throughout the nation.
